Job Description:

We seek a detail-oriented Attorney with 2–5 years of experience supporting an active practice in family law, criminal defense, estate planning, and probate. The ideal candidate is confident in court-facing work, drafting, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a caseload in one or more practice areas
2. Develop case strategy and conduct legal research
3. Draft legal documents and appear in court as assigned

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in North Dakota
