Projects Lawyer (Development)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Projects Lawyer with 4-10+ years of experience in construction, procurement, and project development. Key Requirements: * 4 to 10+ years of experience as a projects development lawyer * Experience with renewable energy projects preferred * Strong academic credentials Additional Information: * Work on complex project developments alongside experienced attorneys * Gain invaluable exposure to global legal practices and deepen your understanding of renewable energy project development matters Location: This position may be based in any of our US offices (Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, San Antonio, San Francisco, St. Louis, or Washington, DC). Salary: The full time base annual salary for this position in the New York City, Denver, Los Angeles, and San Francisco market is expected to range between $300,000- $420,000. Bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
