Personal Injury Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking an Attorney with 2- 4 years of experience to join our San Francisco office. This role is ideal for a litigator who thrives on advocacy, has already taken and defended depositions, and wants to build courtroom experience in meaningful, high-stakes cases.

You will be part of a collaborative trial team with one supervising attorney, two associates, a paralegal, and a legal assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Litigate cases from intake through resolution, including taking and defending depositions, drafting motions, and preparing for trial
• Conduct legal research and draft high-quality briefs, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Manage discovery and case strategy in collaboration with supervising attorneys
• Maintain regular client communication, ensuring clients are supported and informed
• Present arguments in hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Provide guidance to legal staff and collaborate effectively with team members

Qualifications:

• 2- 4 years of legal experience, with a strong preference for personal injury or plaintiff-side litigation
• Demonstrated experience taking/defending depositions and preparing cases for litigation
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and ability to work independently
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) and/or defense-side experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $100,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience
