Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of Texas Family Law experience to join our team. As an Associate Attorney, you will help manage divorce, custody, support, modification, and enforcement matters. You will conduct and assist in client meetings, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement documents, and correspondence. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate and timely records, meeting billable targets, and collaborating with senior attorneys and staff. Requirements include being licensed to practice law in Texas, having minimum 2 years of Texas Family Law experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle deadlines and work independently.
