Environmental Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic junior-level associate to join our team. The Energy, Natural Resources and Environmental (ENE) Practice Group at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a candidate who can leverage their expertise to expand our capabilities and client base in these regions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage in state and federal "Superfund" (cleanup) projects, as well as work involving other state and federal environmental laws.
2. Collaborate with our team to provide comprehensive legal services to clients, with a focus on energy and environmental law.
3. Utilize your knowledge of environmental law to enhance our service offerings and client relationships.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the bar in the state where you work.
3. Experience or strong interest in environmental law, particularly in relation to state and federal regulations.
4. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
