Seek a Workers' Compensation Associate with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Requirements: * Bar certification preferred * Work authorization * Strong understanding of workers' compensation laws and regulations * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Basic knowledge of legal procedures and documentation Responsibilities: * Handle workers' compensation cases, ensuring fair treatment for injured employees * Collaborate with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to resolve claims * Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize costs and ensure timely resolutions * Stay up-to-date on changing laws and regulations affecting workers' compensation * Conduct research and analyze data to inform case decisions * Prepare and submit claims, supporting documentation, and other legal materials as required * Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements * Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns Work Environment: Full-time position.
