Patent Prosecution Associate - AI and Software Technologies

Job Description:
Kilpatrick s Electronics & Software Patent Prosecution team seeks an experienced USPTO-registered Associate attorney with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field. Ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of law firm experience working with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Image Processing, and/or Autonomous Vehicle technologies. The successful candidate will be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal skills. Transcripts and writing samples will be requested. Associate to be based in one of the following KTS offices: Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; Menlo Park, CA; Raleigh, NC; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; or Washington, DC. Expected salary range is $270,000 - $320,000.
