Work with experienced attorneys on complex matters and independently handle cases commensurate with your experience. Develop exceptional legal, project management, leadership, and negotiation skills to provide high-quality services for clients in the business, nonprofit, and public sectors. Key responsibilities include land use and zoning, environmental and natural resources, legislative, renewable energy, municipal law, construction, aquaculture, forest products/timberlands, roads, property taxation, project permitting and development, economic development and financing, government relations, litigation, transactions, and general counsel. Qualifications: exceptional legal skills, high degree of accuracy, empathetic practice, initiative, excellent oral advocacy, strong familiarity with Maine, ability to work independently, sound analytical skills, good team player, highly organized, flexible and adaptable.
