Trademark Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking a Trademark Associate with 2-5 years of experience in trademark searching, search review, global trademark strategy development, domestic and international trademark prosecution. Ideal candidates should have experience in copyright prosecution and enforcement, and developments with AI and the intersection with intellectual property. Key responsibilities include online enforcement, demand letters, TTAB proceedings, and UDRP proceedings. The successful candidate will demonstrate superior writing and communication skills, and foreign language skills are highly valued. We offer a fast-paced and team-centric environment that encourages collaboration and disfavors hierarchical practices. Our compensation is merit-based, with a good faith salary range of $207,500 - $230,000. We also provide a generous bonus program and fee splits.
