Corporate Associate - Private Equity

Job Description:
We are seeking a Corporate Associate with 3-6 years of investment management/corporate transactional experience to join our growing team. Key requirements include strong experience in investment management and private funds, as well as drafting sophisticated documents and advising on regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will have excellent technical, professional, and client service skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively. Experience representing family offices and institutional investors is a plus, as is experience with negotiating and documenting strategic joint ventures, private equity, and venture capital financings. We offer a hybrid work environment that provides attorneys the ability to work remotely two days per week.
