Job Description:
We are seeking an associate with 3+ years of experience for our Employment Group. International counseling experience is strongly preferred. The associate will conduct employment diligence and advise on employment aspects of corporate transactions; advise on employment policies and practices; draft and negotiate employment, retention and related agreements; advise on reductions in force and other employee terminations; draft restrictive covenants and counsel on employee mobility.
