Labor & Employment Attorney

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Labor and Employment Attorney to join our team. Key Responsibilities: * Provide advice and counseling on employment law compliance, including FLSA and wage and hour claims, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims. * Represent clients in complex employment litigation, workplace investigations, and traditional labor law services. * Conduct legal research, drafting motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda, taking and defending depositions, managing discovery-related activities. * Advise on federal and state employment law compliance, including COVID-related laws, regulations, and orders; ADA/FEHA compliance and disability accommodation; FMLA, CFRA, PDL, and other employee leave compliance. * Experience in labor relations is also advantageous, including labor negotiations, grievances, and arbitrations, MMBA compliance, PERB/NLRB litigation, and administrative hearings and appeals. * Requirements: * 7+ years of substantive experience in employment litigation * Strong analytical, research, and writing skills * Excellent academic credentials * Knowledge base in California employment law * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-focused environment. Salary range: $160,000 - $200,000 per year.
