Coverage Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking a South Carolina licensed Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As a key member of our civil litigation law firm, you will review insurance policies and litigation pleadings, draft coverage opinions, and litigate matters. Key responsibilities include:

nn* Reviewing insurance policies and litigation pleadings

nn* Drafting coverage opinions

nn* Litigating state and federal declaratory judgement actions

nn* Reserving rights correspondence

nn* Collaborating with a team of attorneys to meet deadlines

nn* Maintaining strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

nn* Demonstrating ability to work independently and as part of a team

nn* Willingness to travel state-wide
