Job Description:
Join Holland & Hart's Corporate Group in our Emerging Growth practice, representing venture capital funds and emerging technology companies in debt and equity financings, M&A transactions, outside general counsel, and corporate governance. Develop skills in corporate law, finance, and business operations. Strong interest in the Mountain West region required. Merit-based compensation with a salary range of $207,500 - $255,000. Bonus program and fee splits available. Invest 1800 hours on billable matters, 75 hours on pro bono/public service work, and 25 hours on Community, Diversity & Inclusion Investment hours.
