We seek a highly intelligent, hard-working, and creative Residential Real Estate Associate Attorney to complete thorough title searches, examine legal documents, prepare preliminary/final title opinion statements, and conduct residential real estate closings.

Responsibilities include:

• Complete and thorough review of each assigned title search
• Examination of all legal documents to ensure they are in compliance with North Carolina law
• Prepare preliminary/final title opinion statements
• Conduct residential real estate closings involving lenders, buyers, and sellers
• Interacting with clients as counselor and advisor
• Performing other related duties as assigned
