Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our real estate practice as a partner. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in D.C. and Maryland Courts, strong client management skills, and a proven track record of success. Key requirements include 10+ years of experience, 1st chair trial experience, and a sophisticated understanding of Maryland and District of Columbia real estate law.

Responsibilities include generating new clients, managing existing ones, and being part of a team. We offer highly competitive compensation and require District of Columbia Bar membership.

Candidates must have the following qualifications: excellent academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills, ability to generate new clients, proven track record of success, 1st chair trial experience, significant real estate litigation experience, experience in D.C. and Maryland Courts.
