Join Offit Kurman, an Am Law 200 firm, as a Corporate Attorney - Counsel / Junior Partner Level in Maryland, Virginia or Pennsylvania. We seek an experienced attorney with 7-12+ years of corporate experience to handle wide range of corporate matters, including M&A transactions and general business needs.
