IP Litigation Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IP litigator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of patent litigation experience in the US District Court and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. A strong academic background in engineering or a related field is required. Experience working within the Intellectual Property department of a comparable law firm is also preferred. Key responsibilities include drafting pleadings, participating in discovery, and researching and drafting dispositive motions. The successful candidate will have excellent writing skills and be able to work effectively on a team. We offer competitive compensation, including a salary range of $235,000 - $390,000 per year, as well as comprehensive benefits.
