Job Description:
Translate complex scientific concepts into strategic legal guidance for patent preparation, prosecution, and portfolio management. Advise biotech, pharmaceutical, and digital health clients on intellectual property and transactional matters relating to data-driven innovations in Next Generation Sequencing, precision diagnostics, digital health, and deep-learning / generative AI-assisted drug discovery. Requirements: Patent bar membership (USPTO Registration Number), excellent academic credentials, strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
