Job Description:
We seek a junior to mid-level associate with 2-4 years of experience in regulatory, licensing, and/or enforcement matters. Key responsibilities include supporting senior attorneys and clients with tasks such as legal research, analyzing regulatory risk, conducting licensing reviews, and participating in enforcement matters. Qualifications include a juris doctorate degree, membership to the State Bar of the desired office, and relevant experience. Orrick offers a comprehensive compensation package, including competitive salary range of $235,000-$310,000, plus benefits such as health savings account contributions, flexible spending accounts, and 401K program.
