Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Attorney with a strong track record of favorable client outcomes. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in real estate litigation, outstanding written and oral communication skills, and excellent references. Key responsibilities include managing paralegals, clerks, and other assistants, leading real estate litigation matters from inception through trial, handling commercial and residential property disputes, navigating landlord-tenant conflicts and property rights issues, title disputes, and real estate fraud cases. Qualifications include exceptional negotiation, research, networking, and communication skills, minimum 3 years of experience as a civil litigation attorney, up-to-date knowledge of property management, business law, title insurance, land use, and residential and commercial real estate law, and an active CA Bar License in good standing.
