Job Description:

We are seeking a Tax Controversy Associate with 4-7 years of experience in civil tax controversy to join our team. Key responsibilities include representing taxpayers, conducting legal research, and managing multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong technical abilities, and the ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. A LL.M. in Taxation and experience before the U.S. Tax Court are pluses. Bar admission required.

Responsibilities include:

- Representing taxpayers in tax controversy matters

- Conducting legal research and analysis

- Managing multiple projects and deadlines

- Interacting with clients and managing client relationships

- Working directly with large transactional practices

Requirements include:

- 4-7 years of experience in civil tax controversy

- LL.M. in Taxation (pluses)

- Bar admission required
