Job Description:

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic record is required. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, commercial transactions, tax, reorganizations, contracts, corporate governance and compliance.

Candidates should demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, ability to work independently and productively, and exceptional judgment.
