Key Responsibilities: Handle family-based and humanitarian immigration cases, prepare and file comprehensive immigration applications, conduct thorough client interviews, research complex immigration issues, maintain detailed case notes, collaborate with team members, participate in regular case strategy meetings. Requirements: J.D. from an accredited law school, active bar license or pending bar admission, demonstrated commitment to immigration law and social justice, strong legal research and writing skills, excellent interpersonal and client communication abilities.
