Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Transactional Tax Attorney to advise on tax aspects of complex transactions. Key responsibilities include: * Providing strategic guidance on M&A, leveraged buyouts, restructurings, financings, private equity transactions, and equity investments * Strong expertise in U.S. federal income tax planning for partnerships and corporations * Collaborating with deal teams and handling direct client responsibilities * Preferred qualifications include an LL.M. in Taxation, CPA designation, or experience at a large law firm or accounting firm.
