Trademark Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Trademark Associate to join our Indianapolis or Minneapolis office. Candidates must have 3-6 years of experience focused on U.S. and international trademark prosecution and portfolio management, clearance, maintenance and enforcement. Key responsibilities include conducting trademark searches, preparing and prosecuting trademark applications, managing TTAB proceedings, drafting cease-and-desist letters, and advising on trademark use and brand protection strategies. Requirements include a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
