Our team represents leading clients across industries and sizes, helping them navigate complex data privacy and security issues in high-profile litigation, regulatory, and counseling matters. Key responsibilities include advising on compliance, regulatory, litigation, and transactional challenges. Successful applicants will have experience with government regulation, US, EU, and APEC policy enforcement and litigation matters regarding privacy and data security issues.
