Be a team-oriented, dynamic associate who has strong written and oral communication skills. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of law firm experience in project development, finance, mergers ; acquisitions, and commercial contracts. Developers, investors, borrowers, corporate buyers, and utilities involved in developing, financing, buying, selling, and managing renewable energy projects trust us to handle their sophisticated projects and value our experience and expertise as we deliver creative yet practical solutions. Our compensation is merit-based- you ll be evaluated on your individual performance and achievements. As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland Hart is providing a good faith salary range for this position (if based in Colorado): $200,000 - $255,000.
