Job Description:
A seasoned attorney with 5+ years of mortgage foreclosure and collections experience required. Must be licensed in MS federal district and bankruptcy courts. The candidate must have strong leadership skills, written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to superior client support. Court appearances and travel are expected. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy Code, as well as excellent judgment and a proactive approach to developing industry relationships.
