We are a growing immigration law firm seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to lead with heart and skill Represent clients through U.S. immigration law complexities Conduct consultations, prepare clients for interviews, and coordinate with government agencies Draft motions, judgments, and legal filings Lead and mentor a legal team Oversee case preparation and ensure timely, accurate filings Maintain strict client confidentiality and up-to-date case files Key Competencies: Strong legal writing, courtroom, and client communication skills Excellent organization and time management ability to handle shifting priorities independently Leadership mindset with the ability to support and direct legal staff Requirements: JD and license to practice law in at least one U.S. state 3+ years of immigration law experience including family and employment-based immigration Experience in removal defense and immigration court litigation
