Estate and succession planning attorney advising clients on estate planning, tax planning, business succession, and probate matters. Drafts wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives. Provides counsel on estate, gift, GST tax, and income tax matters.

Key responsibilities include drafting legal documents, meeting with clients, counseling fiduciaries, preparing and filing probate administration documents, and attending hearings in probate matters.

Requirements include knowledge of estate planning, business succession planning, and taxation. Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary for effectively communicating with clients and colleagues.
