Job Description:
Seeking a high-performing Real Estate Counsel to join our nationally recognized practice. Must have at least 10 years of sophisticated real estate transactional experience, including build-to-suit leases and land acquisitions. Responsibilities include drafting agreements, leading due diligence, and managing workstreams. Key requirements: Personal skills: exceptional written and oral communication, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent interpersonal skills. Technical skills: at least 10 years of sophisticated real estate transactional experience, experience with build-to-suit leases, and knowledge of zoning and entitlements.
