Trial Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking a tenacious and perceptive Trial Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience supervising a team of attorneys and be licensed in California with two or more years of experience in directly managing civil litigation in both State and Federal courts.

Responsibilities include conducting meet-and-confer efforts, leading pre-trial preparation and trial strategy, delegating and supervising assignments for junior attorneys and staff, taking and defending depositions, arguing substantive motions in court, and independently managing a full case docket.

Qualifications include J.D. from an accredited law school, 4-5 years trial experience, 5-10 first chair jury trials, excellent analytical, organizational, prioritization and time management skills, superior drafting and writing skills, high degree of self-accountability and ownership, ability to interact and communicate with judges, attorneys, staff, and clients, enthusiasm for developing skills and experience alongside an evolving business with innovative ideas.
