Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Job Description Join our team of experienced attorneys and partners in our growing IP Litigation Practice Group. Work on complex patent, trademark, and other IP litigation matters in federal courts around the United States. Key Responsibilities - Handle written discovery, invalidity and infringement claim charts and contentions, brief writing, depositions, working with experts, trial preparation, and appellate work. Requirements Four to six years of IP litigation attorney experience A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school Ability to be admitted to the bar in the state of residency Strong communication and writing skills Salary Range $245,000 - $285,000 (Boise), $255,000 - $295,000 (Denver), $280,000 - $310,000 (Minneapolis), $290,000 - $320,000 (Salt Lake City), $300,000 - $330,000 (Seattle).
