Job Description:
We seek an Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. Responsibilities include organizing files, performing legal research, and assisting clients in determining solutions to legal conflicts. Requirements include a bar license, 1-3 years of litigation experience, and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Organize and maintain files for accuracy - Perform legal research, prepare for hearings, and give general counsel under supervision - Assist clients in finding solutions to legal conflicts - Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently - Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts Key Requirements: - Bar license (Required) - 1-3 years of litigation experience (Preferred) - Strong communication skills
