Patent Associate - Life Sciences

Job Description:
We seek a seasoned patent associate with 1-4 years of experience in patent prosecution law firm. Requirements include background in one of the following fields: cell or molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, bioengineering, organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, cancer biology, pharmacology, biophysics, or digital health focused disciplines. Advanced degrees required. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are a must. Our ideal candidate will have superior academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Prepare and file patent applications - Conduct patent searches and analysis - Collaborate with attorneys and clients to develop patent strategies - Manage and maintain client relationships - Stay up-to-date with changing patent laws and regulations We offer a competitive salary range of $225,000 - $310,000, based on year classification, along with discretionary merit bonuses.
