Bankruptcy Attorney (Creditor's Side)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Banking, Finance, and Creditors' Side Bankruptcy Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and finance law, as well as experience representing creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to financial institutions, creditors, and other clients in matters related to banking, finance, and bankruptcy.
• Draft and review loan agreements, security agreements, and other financial documents.
• Represent clients in bankruptcy court and other legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in banking, finance, and bankruptcy laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Indiana.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in banking, finance, and bankruptcy law.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. banking, finance, and bankruptcy laws and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
