Job Description:
We seek energetic and creative litigators to join our team of 120 attorneys across 11 Florida offices. We offer a signing bonus, annual base salary, quarterly bonuses, trial bonuses, revenue share for client development, flexibility in workspace and time, freedom of thought, and a $7,500-$10,000 signing bonus. Requirements include 5-20 years handling insurance defense matters, self-motivation, organizational skills, responsiveness to clients, timely reporting, accurate billing, mastery of deadlines, industry improvement, technological confidence, and membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
