Perkins Coie LLP seeks an associate to join their cutting-edge Technology Transactions & Privacy practice. Ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in licensing agreements, intellectual property issues, and transactions involving new technologies such as AI and blockchain. Experience at AmLaw 50 law firm required. Excellent academic credentials also needed. Key responsibilities include drafting agreements, advising on IP issues, supporting M&A and financing transactions, and advising start-ups on product launch and development issues. Compensation range: $310,000 to $390,000 annually.
