Federal Income Tax Attorney

Job Description:

Federal Income Tax Attorney needed for firm wide practice area tax. Responsible for representing clients on complex transactions involving renewable energy and low-income housing tax credit work, investment funds structuring, partnerships, and joint ventures.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in federal income taxation law with emphasis on renewable energy and credit work

Ability to work in fast-paced team environment and delegate/managed others' work

Federal tax subject matter knowledge and experience required

LLM or tax credit transactional experience preferred, and professional/accounting experience a plus

Compensation: $217,000 - $300,000 based on individual performance and team contributions

Bonus program with financial contributions and hard work rewards

Pro bono/public service hours required (1800 billable hours + 75/50 hours)
