Ideal candidate has 2-7 years of civil litigation experience, handle 40-70 cases, personal injury litigation, and strong familiarity with legal research. Responsibilities include representing clients in product liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and other personal injury matters, taking depositions, law and motion, trial preparation, propounding discovery, drafting complaints, and managing caseloads.
