Immigration Attorney

Job Description:

Protect clients' rights and grow with a premier law firm in the Greater Las Vegas Area. As an Associate Immigration Attorney, you'll report to Sr. Associate Attorney, manage cases, interact with clients, and collaborate with the Immigration Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions
Represent individuals in removal proceedings

Requirements:

1-4 years of Immigration Law Experience
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Record of moving legal cases forward and managing caseloads
Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, Detained, Citizenship, and other USCIS applications
