Job Description:
We are seeking an Associate Criminal Defense Attorney to join our growing Ohio defense team. As a key member of the team, you will handle cases from arraignment through trial, developing advanced litigation, trial, and negotiation skills. Responsibilities include determining case strategies, advising clients, conducting legal research, appearing in court on behalf of clients, and managing client communication. Qualifications include a J.D. degree with 2 years of related experience, prior law firm experience, decision-making and public speaking skills, and strong knowledge of legal research programs.
