Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional patent agent to join our busy intellectual property practice in the Philadelphia office. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and be a licensed patent agent or have a Ph.D. in molecular biology. Key responsibilities include preparing and filing patent applications, conducting patent searches, and advising clients on intellectual property matters.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience as a patent agent

- Strong academic credentials

- Admission to practice before the USPTO
