Experienced Family Law Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced divorce and family law attorney who has a passion for helping families navigate divorce and custody disputes.

The ideal candidate is skilled in the courtroom, mediation, and knows how to craft creative solutions outside of it. They should be empathetic, practical, and able to build meaningful relationships with clients.

Responsibilities include developing case strategy, referring to themselves as a "dealmaker", knowing property division, custody mods, parenting plans, the TFC, and the TRCP, and being a pro at helping clients make smart decisions in divorce and custody litigation.

We are looking for an attorney who is knowledgeable about Texas law, has a minimum of 5 years of experience in family law litigation, and can contribute to developing strategy for a case. Must be able to project confidence and competence on highly contested family law cases.

Requirements include taking ownership of a client's contested family law case, collaboration and mediation, pretrial hearings, motion hearings, and trials. Must have a Texas law license and excellent litigation skills.

The right person is someone who knows how to find the rules of procedure to back up their case strategy, is knowledgeable about property division, custody mods, parenting plans, the TFC, and the TRCP, and can help clients understand whether they really want to spend money on certain aspects of the divorce process.
