Job Description:
Join our team as a Residential and Commercial Real Estate Attorney. Conduct thorough legal research on commercial real estate matters. Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents. Advise clients on issues related to property acquisition, development, leasing, and disposition. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and regulations. Required qualifications include: J.D. from an accredited law school, actively licensed and in good standing with the Illinois State Bar. Prior successful experience at a real estate law firm or company preferred. Excellent analytical, legal research, drafting, and writing skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and in team settings.
