Patent Agent

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Patent Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice Group, you will be responsible for drafting patent applications, conducting litigation, and providing expert advice to clients.

Responsibilities:

* Drafting and prosecuting patent applications in various jurisdictions

* Conducting patent litigation and providing strategic guidance to clients

* Providing expert advice on patent law and related matters

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues

>Requirements:

* 3-6 years of experience in patent prosecution

* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar field

* Outstanding written and oral communication skills

* Strong organizational and analytical abilities

>Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of other forms of IP

* Bar admission in relevant state(s)

* Registration with USPTO
