Join a leading national law firm with locations in 21 cities. We seek an experienced lateral attorney to join our Tax Credit Finance practice. Key responsibilities include building knowledge and skills with various transactional matters, including tax, energy, debt, and equity financing, as well as real estate matters. Ideal candidates are interested in joining a growing transactional practice covering deals across the country involving partnerships and corporations, tax and tax credits, real estate, and secured lending and equity finance. Must be currently admitted to practice with an active bar license in good standing of the locality of the office location in which the candidate sits. Minimum of 6 years' experience in one of the following areas of practice: Tax and tax credits, partnerships, corporations, real estate, and secured lending and equity finance.
