Job Description:
We seek an experienced Bankruptcy Attorney to join our team, handling cases and representing clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and restructuring efforts. Requirements include a JD degree, admission to the state bar of Virginia, and experience with bankruptcy matters. The ideal candidate will have strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and client-relations skills. Responsibilities include representing corporate debtors, creditors, lenders, and trustees in bankruptcy proceedings and related litigation, advising clients on restructuring strategies, drafting and filing bankruptcy petitions, and handling bankruptcy-related litigation and negotiations. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment and develop strong client relationships.
