Senior Associate Attorney

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Attorney to join our family law practice. As an independent attorney, you will manage complex Texas family law cases from intake through resolution, including litigation, negotiation, and settlement. You will represent clients with integrity, compassion, and skill, and develop, attract, and retain high-quality clients. Our results-focused model provides the flexibility to set your own work style and schedule.

Key Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing
• Significant experience in Texas family law (divorce, custody, property division, support)
• Proven ability to handle depositions, hearings, and trials
• Strong client development and relationship-building skills
• Portable book of business preferred
